Returning home
There is deep potency in returning to the body, to acknowledge and consciously allow what is already at play. The medicine comes when we can meet ourselves with compassion and give permission for these things to be expressed, released, and integrated with presence, breath, sound, and movement.
With my training and experience in embodiment, movement, meditation, and sound, I have found myself called to create spaces for what is still in process.
I offer both in-person and virtual somatic events. In person events are typically in Duluth, MN and Minneapolis, MN.

Lay back and be bathed in vibrational healing. Crystal bowls, guitar, drum, harmonium, shakers, and voice will construct a soundscape for you to relax and release into. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, blanket/pillow for comfort, and your breath.

This is a 5 week container and I ask that you intend to show up for all sessions to help maintain integrity. There is no need to share at every meeting.

Explore the dynamic process of somatic meditation. We will find our seat, play with posture, and experiment with different anchors of focus.
