Practicing embodied song carries with it the potency for incredible transformation. Our voice provides us with a unique avenue for feeling into and articulating our experience without the potential challenges that language can present. The journey of life is mightily impacted by the use and disuse of our voice, and remembering and returning to this birthright of carefree musical exploration and expression holds profound medicine.

My song practice, from intention and through intuition, is typically quite simple and uses repeating musical phrases with variation to facilitate a meditative state, inviting ourselves back into wholeness. Receive or actively participate in these vibrational prayers to consciously shift your being.

Personal soul song/mantra/chant

45 minutes total. In person or virtually, you share with me what is alive in your world- what feels stuck, what you want to let go of, what you want to invite in. I use intuition and deep listening and share what comes through as your personal healing chant for this place in your life, making space for you to join. Includes a recording of your song or sound healing to help support you through your current transition.

Personal song ceremony

One hour total. We meet in person or virtually, and you share with me what is alive in your world- what feels stuck, what you want to let go of, what you want to bring in. I use intuition and deep listening and share what comes through as your personal healing ceremony, allowing silence in between songs to invite release, integration and invitation for what comes next.
